We have a wide range of group classes for every fitness level. We are one of the few gyms in the world to premier HIIT style resistence training. This style is a full body workout in every class and is the most efficient way to burn calories, tone muscle and build core strength!
Welcome to the Next Generation of HIIT
Next Gen HIIT Is Here!!! Our class style incorporates resistance and cardio intervals with an emphasis on building full body strength and burning up massive amounts of calories. Intervals are set anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute and we work head to toe. The best part is that every class is different so there is no plateau or boredom. 
  1. 30/30
    This fast paced workout is designed to burn a massive amount of calories in only 30 minutes. This is an interval style class where you complete 30 activities in only 30 minutes!
  2. HIIT 30
    This is another 30 minute class built to give you a full body workout in only 30 minutes. We add some weight training and some core activities to ramp up the metabolism.
  3. HIIT
    High Intensity Interval Training! HIIT is an interval style workout set to 30, 45 or 60 second bouts. Weight training, step work, body weight cardio and core activities are all on the list for these awesome workouts!
  4. Next Gen HIIT
    We are pioneering a new style of HIIT right at FCF. Next Gen HIIT is built off of proper weight training techniques with a large core element thrown in. This workout style scorches through calories and leaves your body with beautiful toned muscles and a tight core!
  5. Cardio Lift
    One of the most popular classes at FCF, Cardio Lift is a combination of full body weight training with some cardio and plyometric training. This class is for toning muscles and building stronger bones!
  6. Cardio Blitz
    Grab a step, some light weights and get ready to push your body to a whole new level of cardio. Cardio blitz is about moving your body for 60 minutes. These classes are set up a variety of ways but you will get a cardio workout like you have never experienced!
  7. Stations
    Everybody loves the Stations workout! We set up multiple stations of weights, cardio and abdominal activities to get you moving through the gym and onto a better body!
  8. Pyramid
    Are you ready to tackle the Pyramid? One of the trainers favorites, Pyramid is a 71 activity fitness challenge that will test you endurance for 48 minutes!
